The Skill Builders Awards Program

This Fall Coach Ty will be introducing his new “Skill Builders Awards Program”, which will be similar in concept to most martial arts programs, where the participants are awarded various colored belts based upon their levels of achievement.

Coach Ty’s children’s version (under age 10) of his “Skill Builders Awards Program” will have 6 levels of achievement. When each child completes a certain level he or she is awarded a new grip for their racquet handle. There will be 6 different colors each representing a particular level of achievement.

Coach Ty’s adult version (age 11 and above) will have 5 different levels. As in the children’s program, when a student reaches or completes their desired skill level, they will also be rewarded with a new colored grip for their racquet.

Tennis Channel founder
and former Tennis pro,
Steve Bellamy, said, “If you
put your kids in tennis, they
will be smarter, happier,
healthier, will make more
money, have a more stable
marriage, have more
children, will live longer and
add more to society.

What other activity can
attest to that?”
